I have a 1985 90hp vro. It has lost rpms to the point that I can barely get on plane. I have checked fuel line, fuel filter, fuel tank vent and also installed new plugs. I decarbed the motor and checked the output voltage on both power packs. The dc voltage readings were 240 on #1 primary 250 on #2 250 on #3 and 260 on #4. The resistance on the coils checked out okay. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on what to try next?

Good tips by Walker. How did the plugs look? Any looking real claen.

You proabably lost a cylinder. Could be due to: spark, fuel, internal issue.

Standing at rear of motor I got 120,120 compression on left side. I got 95 and 115 on right side. Pulling the plugs and checked spark looked okay.

I'd call that 95 reading a concern. What did that particular plug look like?

The plug didn't appear to look any different than the others.
