I have a 1995 Evinrude V4. I don't have fire to one cylinder. I swapped the wires around and made sure it wasn't the coil. I went through the troubleshooting guide but could not find any reference to just one cylinder not firing. I figure it is a stator or module but are there troubleshooting checks for those?

You were not specific. OMC made two types of V4's in 1995. The old crossflow and the newer looper version. Big difference. Would help to know just what you are working on.

In the FAQ's here on the forun there is a ignition troubleshooting guide. It was a help, explained alot. This appears to be the OIS version only one module and four ignition coils. Was not aware that there was two models that year.

If it's OIS, it's the newer looper version.

I don't believe your problem is a stator if you've isolated the problem to not firing on just a single cylinder. That leaves plug wires and coils (it sounds like you've checked that possibility), power pack, timer base, and the connectors in between those.
