90's 30hp evinrude id from core plug

Hi all
I have what i am told a mid 90's evinrude 30hp rope pull but the id is not readable on the clamping mechanism. The numbers stamped on the core plug are G3030037. Is is possible to determine what year it might be from this no?

Looks to be 93 / 94 ----Not a 96 for sure !--These motors were built for many years and parts were common year after year.

Call BRP customer service at 1-262-884-5993 with that # and they should be able to tell you what it is.

Hmm brp australia told me that they are too busy and the girl did not have the program in front of her to check. I was told to try the dealer so i called the place where the outboard came from (this sticker was still readable) and this was also a dead end. He reckoned BRP can only id from year 2000 onward and that he thought i had a mid 90's outboard.

Poida, It's a E30RLEN.......1992 30 HP. Hope this helps.
