90TLR wire color for alternator output

Hi everyone,

Bought a Guest 2 bank, 1 alt battery isolator this weekend and wanted to find out on the Yamaha 90TLR (2007) what color is the alternator output wire so that I could hook up the isolator. I haven't ordered the service manual from Yamaha yet but i should.

yes you need the manual, however its not gonna tell ya much about the isolator, for that you need a rigging guide.
the regulator output wire is red, you will need to insure you use a large enough wire for the harness run.

Thanks Rodbolt,

I ordered the manual, it was 60 bucks. I will verify what gauge wire to use and wire it accordingly. The run shouldn't be more that 4 feet to either battery.
