91 15hp evinrude headbolt touque setting

I am replaceing my head gasket and cant find the touque setting for the headbolts. M#E15EEIA

18-20 ftlbs, tighten the center 2 bolts first and then work outward. Clean bolts with a wire wheel and chase the threads with a tap prior to installing the head bolts, install the bolts dry with no sealer, loctite-, or antiseaze compound. good luck!
