Trying to delete the VRO system from the motor. I have everything off and disconnected. I have searched and read for hours about this, butnow I am somewhat confused.

The pump that I have seen listed is a manual in/out. How does that work? I would think it needs an in/out/pulse. None of the threads I have seen or read discuss this part. If anyone would care to clear this up before I buy the wrong parts I would appreciate it. Also if you know the PN's that would be great!

It looks like your motor could have been either a VRO, or fuel pump only when ordered from the factory. Here is a pic to view parts. Notice that on the fuel pump/fuel filter section that gasket #19 has a hole in the center. That is the pulse connection to the motor. (The pulse connection is just a hole on the back of the fuel pump where the gasket sets.) Now on your motor you should have two threaded bosses where the fuel pump mounts, and a hole between them that is plugged. Remove the plug and install the fuel pump. You will need two 10-24 screws to mount the fuel pump to the bosses. Ok on the drawing of the fuel pump, #14 is the fuel inlet, and #8 is the fuel outlet to the carbs. Hope this helps

That makes sense! I wasn't seeing where it located until you mentioned that and I went and looked it over again. Thank you so much for the help!
