You need to disassemble the carb again and check the inlet needle and seat. It is obviously not seating. Float adjustment is also a possibility. If set too high the carb will overflow.

It,s either the needle seat pin fell out or isn,t sealing or the float level is set to high. Take it back off a recheck the parts. <edit> Sorry Silvertip Posted same time

well i was thinking about that needle and what i did was adjust the float level so tight that i jammed the needle up in there on purpose, and when i tried to prime gas in there i couldnt even squeeze the bulb, so i guess the float level is off but ive adjusted it like 10 times already

It must be within the measurments given in the manual. the float must drop fully in the bowl before the needle will open and let fuel in.

ok for all that googles this thread i have fixed the motor it turns out the primer bulb on the front of the motor that was cracked to pieces and broken, i replaced it with the wrong dang on bulb and i guess the factory one is vented because when i hooked the carb up to the fuel line and left the primer line off it didnt overflow at all so i tighten it down and pumped it full of gas then hooked the primer up gave it one pump and bam! motor runs now awesome !
