ok ive been working on this force i got i for 100 bux 
. now i got it running good new coil igniter or ignition box/cdi unit. and it seemed to run good also rebuilt the fuel pump diaphragm. went out to the lake yesterday and it started fine idled good ran good even stoped to fish and left to move ran good. i was going through a no wake zone then i was out of it so i hit the throttle i planed then i backed off the throttle agian and it started to sputter so i turned around and went to go again and it wouldent rev past 2000? i dont know what else to do?? here's a vid of it running good
