91 Force 50hp, no water!

I have a 91 Force 50hp, overheat alarm went off and noticed no water out of the pee hole. Decided it must have been time to change the impeller, but after pulling off the lower unit and water pump cover the impeller was almost perfect. I checked the lower unit vents and found no obstructions, checked up the water tube headed up as far as I could and found nothing... So now I'm lost, any suggestions?

You in the water or on the hose?
The muffs you need are special to the 50 and smaller.
The muffs from the bigger motors don't always work.
Was the pee tube added later?
Unhook it from the motor and see if it works then.
Just because it looks good doesn't mean it's good.
Replace it.
