I just bought a '91 19.5 ft quantum ski & sport and have a question there are three outlets on the stern below the transom one is threaded PVC one is a simple PVC put let and one is a brass or bronze with a brass or bronze squire drive plug in it I assume this is to drain the bilge with the boat out of the water. The 2 PVC outlets have me puzzled as neither have plugs. What is their function (live well intake and outlet)? I am used to boats with a quick drain at this location.
I would also like to meet others who have quantum boats from the 90's.

I would guess that they were live wells(assuming you have front and rear)

On my boat ('89 Quantum w/ Force 150 I5) the brass plug is for the bilge drain, the other two are for live wells (if you look in either one of the rear storage compartments, you can remove a vinyl snap cover and see inside the bilge).

On the top right hand side (as your looking at the back of the boat) is the outlet for the bilge pump.

Hope that helps and congrats on your purchase.

Good luck finding the hinge on that boat unless you find a junkyard quantum. As far as the trim is concerned, you probably have a stuck trim button. Check the throttle control for the trim switch there, and most of the time there is a switch on the outboard motor itself that may be acting up.
