1991 Skeeter SD 80 Need wiring diagram
I need wiring diagram for ? Mine has the following on the power panel

Top rocker switch Power on off 3 wires

Middle nav/lights approx 5-6 wires switch on press left middle off switch on press right

Bilge rocker switch on off 3 wires

It has front and rear and rear areated live wells

I need color coding also

Out board Motor wiring and troll motor wiring are ok
I can email pics

Any and all replies are appreciated in advance

You should first try Skeeter for the diagram. Many boat manufacturers don't even publish them. So here are a couple fo questions:

1) Whats the problem
2) Do these switches have indicator lights in them?

There is a sticky at the top of this forum -- not this page -- that has a Generic Boat Wiring Diagram. While it may not be exactly like your boat, it gives you an idea how things are wired.

If you ever need a diagam for your outboard, that diagram is not in any boat literature since the boat would have been fitted with any engine. The engine diagrams are in the service manual (not the owners manual) for your specific engine. That would be available from a dealer selling that motor. You might find a used one on E-Bay or Craigs List.

1) The switches appeared to be bad(brittle/ worn boat was left out in the weather)h I was changing out the switches with new ones and did not color code the wires and forgot how to connect them back properly so every thing would work

I also put all new fuses in the panel behind the switches These were glass fuses

Here is a diagram showing how switches are wired that have an internal light.

Pay attention to the ground wire connection and the +12 volt connection. If the indicator light is on all the time then you have the +12 volt wire on the LOAD (output) side of the switch, not the LINE (input) side. Just because I show a light in the diagram doesn't mean the diagram can't be used for other stuff. It works the same. If the switch is an ON-OFF-ON three position switch then wiring is different. But you already have the diagram for the NAV lights.
