92 225 Evinrude gauge recommendations

I'm redoing the gauge panel on my Sea Ox with a 92 Evinrude 225. It currently has a tach, trim gauge, hour meter and fuel. All of the current gauges are junk. I want a tach and fuel gauge, but what other gauges would be recommended? Volt/Ammeter? What else? I'm going to relocate the hour meter to a spot in the back as it doesn't need to be monitored constantly. Suggestions are appreciated!

In addition to a tach, fuel gauge, and speedometer I like a voltmeter, water pressure, and a temperature gauge for each head.

I was thinking gps for speed, I need a tach and fuel gauge for sure. How big of a deal is installing water pressure and head temps?
