Still can't get this J10rena to power up. It has a power pack / ignition module #583667 under the flywheel. Is there a power limiter in it that might be stuck? It idles great and even sounds good revved up with ears on it, but when on a boat in the water, no power. My mechanic is checking it out too.Thank you.
