92 Mercury 90 hp

Been sitting since last spring and won't run. I can get it to turn over and start up, but it dies after about 2-3 seconds. Gas is clean. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the carbs need cleaning it's starting on the primer and can't run because the carbs aren't working.
