93 30hp Steering Arm

I am trying to figure out what steering arm works for my motor. I looked on shop.evinrude.com and the part number is listed as 0173699. There are several on ebay, but they dont have part numbers, just a tape measure next to the pics showing the length. Can anyone tell me how long the rod is. There is one on ebay that say for a 25-150 but doesnt have the year or length. It seems odd that that entire range took the same rod. This is the only part I need to finish my install. I dont want to pay the $72.00 at shop.evinrude, but I will to ensure I get the right part.

They're about 11" long.
Part number for just the steering arm is 174224.
I have 3 of them. The hardware to the motor is included. Nut and washers to the controls are not.
$20 each + shipping.
