93' 6hp assistance please

Fellow boaters, i have a 6hp 1993 outboard. Originally the issue was i had gas dripping from the carb and the motor was bogging down when you gave it gas. i did a complete carb rebuild and fresh gas. The motor is still bogging down when i give it gas. Is this an adjustment somewhere? thanks for the help.

Ok so im figuring it out...The carb lever on the right will not go up far enough. when the choke is all the way in...I push the lever up a little more and the rpm's go up to where they sould be. Is there an adjustment for that? sorry if its an easy fix first time troubleshooting.

Can't see the picture, but sounds like you need to do a link & synk, do you have a manual for your engine?

hmm photo is showing up on my computer...Ill try to reload it. (i don't have a manual at the moment)
