93 Johnson 115 v-4 .30 over piston shortage?

Anyone know of a shortage on these pistons. Motors been at the shop two months now to be rebuilt and the mechanic keeps telling me everyone is out of these pistons Sierra etc. Make sense? Thanks for reading or commenting.

there are other companies that make pistons.You can visit the IBOATS store and check out their inventory,I think your being Bull pooped
