93 Merc. 200 runs great until it warm then stalls

Help... I have a 93 Merc. 200 that runs great until it gets warm. Once warm it stalls. It will stall then engage and stall again makeing the boat lunge back and forth. Once it has cooled off a little it runs great unitl it gets warm. It will go about 1/4 mile at high speed before it starts.
