93 Nitro TF170 overrevs

93 Nitro TF170 with a 93 Johnson 60hp. Boat seems a little slow out of the hole but overrevs to about 6400ish at WOT. Prop does not have any stampings on it but is the biggest this motor can clear and looks a bit shallower than the 20 deg on my other boat, see pics. Motor is mounted in lowest holes. I can trim all the way up and not ventilate. Thinking I may move motor up one hole to help with hole shot and then try a more aggressive prop to get the rpms down? Thanks

Also found one blade on the prop has a hairline crack in it, I'll try and upload a pic of that as well.

Engine height looks good. Found the stampings on the current prop. Looks to be a 13.75 x 15. Thinking of maybe going with a 13.25 x 17? Or should I go up to a 19?
