93 seadoo xp 650 missing

I've had it since 98 and had a new engine put in back in 02. Probably about time to sell. Anywho, it's starting to miss a lot, and I just changed spark plugs, but didn't really help.

It's got dual carbs, and I've noticed it's always had a "power band" that kicks in after 4,500 or so rpm. Without it, I can't ride with 2 people. Once it kicks in, it's like double the hp. Wondering if any other ski's were like this since I haven't rode any others.

no. Remove the spark plug boots and clip the wires back 1/4in. Also, you might wanna go through the fuel system. Clean out/rebuild carbs and replace the grey fuel lines.
