94 115 Johnson missing at WOT

I am experiencing a bad miss at WOT. Seems worse once warm. While cold in the driveway I am showing good spark. Compression is 118 120 125 120. Idles pretty good but occasionally dies when shifting. Not sure where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated as the pinks are flooding into the sound. Also has new rectifier, power pack last year, plugs,wires, and I bypassed the VRO. Looking for a good first step.

I forgot to mention. I sumped out the old fuel in the main tank and added an additional fuel filter between the tank and water separator. The main tank has a bunch of crud that looks like maybe some saltwater. The added filter was plugging up and sucking the ball flat. Right now I'm running it on the Aux tank. Is it probably that something got through the added filter as well as the one under the cowl. I replaced the one under the cowl but it didnt seem clogged at all. My research has me leaning towards clogged high speed jet on one of the carbs.
