94 150 Mag (2.5L)EFI Noise in the controls?

I have a noise (power noise)almost like a constant beep noise if it were a beep coming out of my control box.. Its doing it with the motor shut off as well..It is drawing power from the battery.. when i unhook or hook up the Batery terminal I get sparks..
Anybody have any ideas?? would this be my alarm beep? It never made a beep since I had the motor..(lastyear)..
The Red light on the motor is not lit.
