94 50hp Wont trim up.

I can trim the motor down fine, but I cant tirm it up. it sounds like a relay is working when i push the button but i get nothing for the trim motor. Motor and pump works fine in going down.

Do i have a faluty trim button or a bad relay/solenoid.

One or both, switch the relays.

swap relays now she trims up but not down, so i am gonna get a relay.
