94 88 spl help.

I have an 88 spl running issues. First Cold compression test numbers from top left of rear. Left bank 120, 115. Right bank 80, 120. I pulled the head gasket and the area between the cylinders looks like Swiss cheese. At bottom of top right gasket fire ring there is a back area, and the piston looks partially clean. I'm trying to resurrect this engine a new one is not in the budget right now. Cylinders look pretty God and no deep scoring. Lots of salt corrosion. Where should I go from here? Thanks.
