94 Four winns 200 Horizon-electrical issues

I have recently purchased a 200 horizon.. it is a 94 with a 140 Evinrude on it.

I am having electrical issues with the boat. I checked and changed some fuses and the batteries are showing a charge but Im not getting power to the dashboard/trim/engine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
