94 J150EXERV questions

how many SEALS to air silencer are required? part number is 335244. the OEM parts manual shows one. my motor has three on the starboard bank and none on the port bank. on page 4-29 in the OEM service manual it looks like there are six?
if the vacuum switch has the wires off, will this affect the Quickstart and idling?

6 ring seals, they look like sleeves.
Running without makes for a lean condition and damaged pistons.

I would fix the vac switch wires, it controls the alarm, unless you have disconnected the oil tank. It might put the engine into SLOW if the wires are grounded.
