I have 94 Johnson 140 with a 94 21' Kenner, what type of gas mileage should I expect? I ran it for 1 hour at 4200 rpm / 27 mph and used about 10 gallons of gas. Is 50:1 the correct fuel/oil mixture?

A Kenner should be pretty easy to push unless something is wrong. I would say that's not too bad. At wide open that motor will burn about 14 gallons / hour. A lot depends on the set up and how the boat is loaded (including drag from a T top or tower).

...and yes, 50:1 is the correct ratio. Are you premixing then, and have disabled your VRO?

No T Top, but I still need to repair the jack plate, which might help a little, the boat will plane but the jack plate is stuck, "Supposedly at the correct position". I have had the boat for about 8 months. Thanks for the info.
