94 Mariner 40HP Outboard, Idle Adjust??

Hi guys, I just bought a boat with this engine, and need to adjust the idle. I warm the engine up, but the idle needs a bit more gas, cause it shuts off. Sometimes when i put it in gear, it kills it. Just need to adjust the idle slightly higher then it is. I have had it idle for about 1 minute. If someone has this engine, and could show me where the carb is and what screw to adjust that would be great. thanks<br /><br />Mike

Hey,<br /> I think the best thing to do is get the manual it will tell you were all the screws are to adjust the carb and idle.. there aviable here on i boats Manual for Mercury/Mariner
