94 Merc 200 LowerUnit stuck

After removing all the bolts that hold on the lower unit. I cant get the LU off. The stud in the front of the LU is locked up in the midsection casing. I tried heating, hammer, prybar and brake fluid. The LU just wont move. I think I should try to cut the stud and dowel. Any other suggestions.

Did you remember the bolt under the trim tab??? Apart from that use penetrating spray,heat & lots of patience.Think ofit as an excuse to drink lots of beer!!

yep, I remembered the bolt under the tab. The bolt that is stuck is the one that is in front of the LU. It appears that I will have to hacksaw the bolt and dowel off to remove the LU. Heat and hitting the bolt have no effect. Sawing my way through seems to be my only option.
