94 regal commadore 272 need info

Just bought this boat and do not know any specs or anything. I am moving up from a 23' bowrider any and all info would be great help. Does the frige work when on the water? does the water heater work on the water? Fuel cap water cap ect. Thanks for helping again brand new to cabin cruising.
