95 115 merc rpm ranges

whats a good rpm range to runs this at besides wot?? and what range is wot?? i have it on a 17ft starcraft fiberglass boat

It should run between 4750 and 5250 at WOT.

so it would be fine to run it at 5000 rpms when i go from one place to another??
