I have no audible horn when turning on the ignition, trying to verify it at least works... tried grounding out the wires that are connected to module but no luck.. any advice much appreciated, don't know where to go from here. Read something about not all motors have the horns but seeing as how this is oil injected it definitely should right? Serial number 0g192815

Thanks

Re: 95 40hp 2 stroke 4 cyl

Each time the key switch is turned from the “off” to
“on” position (engine not running); the warning horn
will sound momentarily. This tells you the warning
system is functional and the warning horn is operational.
If warning horn does not sound or horn stays
on when key is turned to the “ON” position, refer to oil
injection system troubleshooting chart following to
correct the problem.
