Last summer I picked up the above boat. It was used very little, but stored outside uncovered through Minnesota winters and summers. The interior was in horrible shape, and the electrical needed some minor work as well. I got almost all of the info I needed by searching this forum and posting some questions. I decided that I would take some photos and try to document the process here as I go. Throughout this site and the internet I found that people had talked about using Rhino lining or Herculiner to cover the deck. I could not find any posts with pics that showed how it turned out. It seems like and interesting idea, so I am going to give it a shot. I have used Herculiner in a truck bed and it was great.
Through the winter I have pulled the interior panels and seats and refinished them in my basement. I seemed to have lost the photos of that somewhere though. Last week I removed the deck in my boat. It came out in several pieces, and I was able to reuse some of them, and use the others for patterns after I got the carpet off of them.

I then laid the pieces out in my garage and prepped them for the Herculiner. I decided to go with gray Herculiner.

I got to this point and mother nature decided to mess with the project. The last 2 days has been a high of 30 degrees and we have 6 inches of new snow. I plan on letting it warm up a little before I put the first coat of Herculiner on the deck.
I am not sure if the links to the photos will work. If they don't and anybody has any guidance that would be great. I am fairly new to this whole forum thing, so be patient please.
Thanks,
Erik
