95 Evinrude NOS carb

Found a NOS carb for my 9.9 on EBay. Question is should I go ahead and rebuild it since it's been sitting for 22 yrs?

Personally I would run it as long as the gaskets don't look obviously dried out and cracked. Most of the problems with carbs are from bad fuel plugging them up.
