95 Force 90 changed water pump and now no water flow

The water pump was working before I changed everything out and now it seems that no water flow at all. I have taken the pump apart and put it back together and still there seems to be no water flow any ideas.

I have on the boat for 3 years and I did know how old the water pump was before I purchased it so I figured it was time to change everything out.

After about 30 seconds I get the overheat alarm

Are you sure the drive key is in the impeller ?-----Are you sure the water tube is in the right place at the top.----Are you sure water tube is in the seal in the pump housing ?

Everything appears to be in place I have removed the lower unit and reseated it 3 times

It seems to me its pumping but not into the block. Everything appears to be seated correctly. Gonna have to make a video and share I think
