95 johnson boring ?

i have a 95 johnson 115, cylinder 3 has been damaged and is in need of boring. the piston also needs to be replaced. my question is how i determine the boring size and then find a piston set to match it. i believe a piston ring failure is the cause of the damage, i am in the process of tearing the engine down and will inspect for other possible causes. is there any particular spots i should pay attention to? also i need to replace the cylinder head but i cant find any online, does anyone know were i might be able to purchase just the cylinder head for # 3 and 4?

take the block to a machine shop that can do marine work, they will measure and tell you which oversize piston you'll need.
