These bolt up exactly the same correct. J115TLEOR is the 95, pretty sure its a cross flow, pistons are not flat but curved like it so yea. Finally can a 95 one be resleeved, its bored .030 over already and the biggest piston kits I found are only .030 over. Wisco had one thats .065 over but yea that seems a bit big to me and they are a 100 bucks a piece, were the .030 are like 500 for the gaskets and all. Just wondering if it can be resleaved, and if so anyone have a website with the sleeves, and know how hard it is to do it?

Those are basically the same motors. Yes, they can be sleeved and yes you can do it as long as you have the proper equipment. You'll need a mill and obviously a boring bar & hone.

There are .044 and .064 over pistons and they're the same cost as a standard piston. Boring will be much cheaper than resleeving. You'll need a piston & rings either way.

In case you don't have access to the equipment there are some excellent machine shops throughout the country. Just let us know where you're at and we can supply the contact info.

Whatever you do, make sure you use a marine machine shop, not an automotive machine shop unless the automotive shop specializes in marine too.
