96 75 hp force with compression issues

I have been having a real hard time with this motor this year. I finally tested the compression. I am pulling 60 lbs on the top cylinder and 120 on the other two. Looks like there may be a little water on the top cylinder as well.

What now?

Water in the cylinder usually means a bad head gasket.Remove the head and check for damage.J

Thanks for the help. Will the water bypass the other cylinders? Just thought it was weird to only be in the top cylinder. I am going to pull the head this week to see what it looks like. Will post some pics.

It just depends on where the gasket blows.J
