Anyone have an idea about Link/Sync on this motor or can point me in the right direction ? It's had a rough idle for a while and I'd like to check the timing. Can it be checked without running the motor ? I may just need to clean the carb but I'd like to see if I'm in time also. The Clymer is not clear on the 96' 75 hp with one carb
