Should I be concerned with this? I have done the sea foam treatment and it smoothed out the idle and over all ride quite a bit. But I still do have a slight miss or hiccup in my lower rpm range cruising. Maybe the 1100-3300 range when just cruising. Every once in a while the motor will miss. It gives a slight shake that you can feel. Does not happen at wot. Could it be fuel filter or line? Someone else told me if it was a fuel filter or line it would be more noticable at higher rpm's. Would this be better off left alone. I'm a realtively inexperienced with boat motor maintenance. Thanks, Ryan

might need carbs rebuilt since it sounds like the mid range circuits

Marinegrh, Like I said I am basically a rookie here with engine knowledge. It's a 1996 but don't know the model. It has 4 spark plugs and has what I believe is called the vro system(automatically mixes the oil with the gas from a seperate tank). I just bought the boat in August. It had new spark pulgs installed then because it was have a different problem. The cause and fix was the cdi box?? I would assume the compression is good but don't really know. Motor seems to run well other than this. Starts easy, idles pretty well. The temperature at which this happens would be all the time. Warm or cold. I can't tell which side it comes from. How would I figure that out? Hope this helps. Thnaks in advance, Ryan
