96 Gamefisher 9.9 does not accelerate in forward, bogs down, help!

Motor ran fine one month ago, accelerates in neutral & reverse, barely gets above idle in forward before bogging down. I put 2 new plugs in (gap .030) and cleaned the fuel bowl and added fresh gas. Same problem. Also note that I have used Sea Foam since buying this motor (3 months ago). Grandkids are getting impatient and so am I! HELP!

I believe Force was taken over by Mercury and that they made this motor, one of the last years that they did so. (I am still awaiting delivery of a carb kit, gaskets and fuel pump rebuild parts.)
