:% i need some input here,i changed the water pump on my 96 150 efi, and i still dont have a steady stream coming out until i give it some throttle,at an idol it just spits,is this normal ? also now my speedometer stopped working i checked the hose from the lower unit to the gauge and no obstructions.what could cause these problems?
