Yesterday i was out with my boat and i make'it some test for determining if the autoprotection works on my motor. I removed from the oil tank the oil sensor and let him free to simulate lack of oil in reservoir, starded the engine and run at WOT for a minute....no beeps, no rev limit in action..just running as usual...Next test , disconect purple wire from oil sensor (i think) mounted on the oil line , run at WOT ..same result..no rev limit or other warning...Could be the protection sistem disabled?

your motor is smarter than you think .... she knew you were bluffing ..... it could be yes, you will have to test it according to the manual .... can you see if any of the wires was previously modified or cut? .....

I don't have a manual, or posibility to get one. At visual inspection everything seems to be in original state. I tried to connect a buzer at grey and dark blue wire (this is the color of wires for buzzer in a suzuki remote control) and he did nothing when i switch ignition key on/off. This is the reason for trying to trick the engine to see if protection sistem works.

Thank's but will not. I already got that img from justintime in the past in another thread, i find the color of wires in the remote control witch are different in the motor. The main problem is not buzzer, my concern is the engine protection will not work if i run out of oil, i don't want to premix because oil injection works fine and if run out of fuel i can borrow fuele from anyone. The problem is in last time i used a lot fuel and oil because long distances and i'm afraid to forget to add oil in the oil tank from time to time. In my test the engine dind't see the oil level in the tank, i removed sensor from the tank, let him conected, and simulate lack of oil but nothing was happend, no low oil level alarm or rev limit become active. Anyway, anyone know some best online manual (a manual who have some asnwers on my problem) i can purchase , because nobody deliver manual in my country at decent price?
