Hello all, this motor starts well, idles well and will push the boat on to plane with no problem. It will run all day at WOT. The issue arises when I cut back to mid throttle or lower. The motor sounds like it's about to stall and possibly flooding. If I punch the throttle again, it will hesitate a bit then jump right back up to WOT. So basically, it will run fine at very low speed and not on plane or at WOT. Any ideas?
