I have a 1997 40hp yamaha jet drive (40ejrv). If the boat has any kind of load it bogs very severly and wont get out of th hole. Not as bad with just me in it. With just me in it it will get going, then bog down at full throttle. Basically at full throttle and running it will bog for a few seconds, then pick back up, and then bog dwn. The carbs have been gone thru and cleaned. Does this sound like a power pack problem? Anybody have a list i can start checking or is the way to check th power pack
