Had an oil leak at shift shaft housing. Got a seal kit thinking might as well replace all the LU seals and o-rings. Got lazy, scared, and wanted to go fishing so only replaced the shift shaft housing orings and bearing carrier oring and seal. Problem now is as soon as I put the prop shaft bearing carrier in the the prop shaft doesn't spin when the drive shaft is spun and shift range goes to barely anything.
In addition to the bearing carrier only the reverse gear, washer, and thrust bearing came off the prop shaft and were of course put back in. I am "following" a cymer manual.
Any ideas as to what's going wrong before I take it all apart and possibly create more problems for myself?
