I've been on the hunt for a parts boat and this decided to follow me home. However, after looking it over I'm begging to wonder if I should just rebuild it. Its rough but the hull is in good shape and probably clean up. the interior would need to addressed and the floor has a couple soft spots. being built in 97 how much wood should I expect to find in this thing. it has a 5.7 which is why I bought it and a volvo sx cobra drive. I do like the interior layout as well. Not to mention the trailer is in really good shape except the tires are shot from setting in storage.

Thoughts?

My Larson ‘97 SEI has engineered (fiberglass) stringers and bulkheads, but a wood transom core and a wood deck.

Thanks. That’s what I was hoping to hear. I may just restore this one. Any chance you could share some pictures of yours or do you have a thread?

The link to my restoration is in my signature. If you have questions as you get into it, I'd be glad to help.
