At the end of last boating season I started having some problems with my tilt/trim. The pump motor runs fine but the engine moves up very very slowly. If I trim it all the way up, it doesn't want to come back down sometimes. I was taking a look at it yesterday was trimming it up and down a little bit and could hear a gurgling sound coming from the cylinder immediately after I let go of the switch. Am I hearing air in the line and would that cause the problem I'm having? Whats the best way to bleed it if thats what I'm hearing?
