Have scattered posts try to do only one.
Has anyone tried to DIY new carpet or other non-slip surface?
Just saw a 04 triton had non-slip instead of carpet. If ya did
carpet what type did ya use? I dont know the difference in that
stuff. Just looks like not a simple diy but not sure.

Heavy marine vinyl floors would be preferable in any fishing boat. They're slip free and so easy to clean. Google "Marine Carpet", and you should find sources. Pontoonstuff.com and GreatLakesSkipper.com are also sources for marine items.

Vinyl floors are often the flooring of choice even on pontoon boats.
