This motor has no power, just bogs when I give gas. If I give it gas then turn ignition key off then on, it takes off like a bat out of hell, let off on gas, and it bogs down.
I have replaced the following: fuel pumps, spark plugs, thermostats, oil pump and lines, water pump. changed lower end oil, installed a fuel water filter, replaced fuel and oil filters, cleaned out both oil tanks, oil system is working.
Carbs removed and cleaned.
